ok I really wasn't going to be online today, I was planning on hanging out with my sisters and I did for a while.. vacation is boring unless you go somewhere... but she brought me here.. so here I am...

I was going to have some real pasta today but I had two real pieces of bread and that use up my high carb quota for the day so I guess it is just chicken. and veggies for dinner tonight.. and I have to get to writing the script for subbie boy... I think I am nervous, I don't doubt I can do it.. it is just that it is a first and I hate first.... but he wants me to I realized ... that is half the battle right there.. well I guess I need to go get to work
