you know a few that I know that read this, think I write it so people will feel sorry for me, I don't.. in fact I just write cause I need to talk and people rarely let you talk and they just listen and just let you pour it all out...

for that most part even when I am feeling a little bit sorry for myself I get over it after I write it, getting it out, doesn't mean I don't still feel a bit sad, that takes longer to go away, but i'm not thinking "oh poor poor me".. that is a waste of time really and I bore myself enough as it is.. so I write it down.. and try very very hard to just let it go...
